June opens with the operators who planned for it already running at capacity.

**Archer Mechanical** — SLC HVAC and plumbing — the third technician hired in March is handling a full call load by June. That's the payoff from the early hire: you get four months of onboarding and the technician is fully productive by the time the summer demand peaks. DOPL active.

**Leifson Built** — Lehi deck and basement — sixteen crew-days of deck work scheduled for June, all from the spring backlog and referral pipeline. The project coordinator hired in Q1 is managing homeowner communication on all active jobs simultaneously. DOPL active. Details at utahdeckandbasementremodel.com.

**Prime IV Hydration Sandy** — Sandy IV clinic — summer athletic hydration demand is the second peak after the November-January immune season. Prime IV's $85 intro hasn't moved while competitors in the same ZIP code have cut to $65. Their walk-in repeat rate is still running above 38%. Details at primeivhydration.com.

**Love Thy Barber** — Salt Lake barbershop and grooming brand — summer product drop launched this week. Shipping to 38 states. Pre-order velocity was stronger than any prior launch. The online business at lovethybarber.shop has reached a scale that began with a single barber chair and a customer who asked what was in the product.

Summer is here. These operators are in it.

MAIN STREET

June is the payoff month for operators who planned in March. Archer Mechanical's March hire is fully functional and running calls by June — that's what the early hire timeline produces. Leifson's June deck calendar is built entirely from spring referrals and backlog. Prime IV Sandy doesn't need summer discounts because their repeat customer base generates summer volume organically. Love Thy Barber is shipping a summer drop to 38 states.

REPUTATION

June record check: Archer — DOPL active, third tech operational. Leifson — DOPL active, 52-day backlog. Prime IV Sandy — clinical operation confirmed, RN-staffed, 38%+ repeat. Love Thy Barber — online store active at lovethybarber.shop, summer drop live.
